can't use my premium without Facebook?

I have a premium account that i pay for every month but as soon as i deleted my Facebook and logged in on Spotify it asks me to get premium to listen to my music?! It is my lists n everything but no premium even if I still pay for it?! Need my music! How do I solve this?
