Getting US Student Discount

I am a student at UC Berkeley and am trying to upgrade to premium with the student discount price. When I follow this link https://www.spotify.com/us/student/ and click Get Premium, instead of prompting me with the questions for name/college it takes me to my spotify account page, from which I can click change subscription but am only offered the standard $9.99 rate. How can I fix this? Is there a different, more reliable way to get the student discount?

If it helps, I currently have spotify premium from the $0.99 for 3 months package that was offered at the end of 2014. I have canceled that subscription in hopes that doing so would solve my problem...it did not work.

Any/all help would be appreciated!
