cancel subscription

Hi so I've been truing to cancel my account but when I log on to my account it says I'm not on anything and it asked if I want to sign up to Spotify premium. Yet Spotify has been taking $12:99 out a month!!!!!!

$12.99 is the price if you have subscribed through iTunes.

You might have subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.
