Have you replied to the automated e-mail? If not, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

I wrote to the support ..they sent me an e-mail generated by a computer...so I don't know if they took my request or not. I will not use spotify so I want my profile completely deleted.
