cannot get premium on family plan 2nd account

cannot get premium on family plan 2nd account

Hi
I have my main account, which my wife uses in her mobile.
I have another account which is properly linked to the family plan of the first account as it clearly says when I log in via a browser.

But when I log in via Spotify with my second account it shows as free account not premium.
Any ideas? I've deleted Spotify and installed again but same issue.

Hey @fsweb20111,

 

Try logging into your second Spotify profile on your browser here with your registered email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok (it should say it's linked to your Family plan), logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

Thanks for helping...But too late, I gave up on Spotify.
Moved to google music...No issues and all family accounts set up in minutes...And can download radios too.
