cannot set password device

cannot set password device

Hello,after receive spotify e-mail to set device password,i follow the link create the pass and confirm password,though it appears a red tag stating "There was a problem setting your password".

 

Can anybody help to set the device password so that i can use Spotify on my mobile?

Are you still having problems?

 

My suggestion would be for you to create a new account with different email address from the one you use for facebook. That will give you a Spotify username / password, which you can use in all devices.

 

Once you have this new account, contact customer support and they'll help you migrate your info, library, playlists, friends, etc. to this new account.
