cant cancel my subscription

Tried to cancel my subscription 3 weeks ago and i still have a spotify account. I sign in with my user name and password which hasnt changed since i opened this account and when i go to cancel my account its says im not signed in under that name, but this is the name tied to my credit card account. So what now?????

 Spotify has charged me now for 2 months of service I clearly do not want. All I want is my subcription cancelled. Whatever named they seem to have is not the user name tied to my account.
