cant get the darn facebook away from my profile.

My sister logged into her facebook on my PC and wnated to share some song or play list and now her name and image is in my spotify. We have deactivated her facebook from spotify, removed all apps info from facebook. I even tried to create a facebook my self to overwrite it, but it wont even accept mine, logs in but never comes with the deactivate button, even though i can see it under facebook apps.
PLEASE remove all this facebook BS from my account and let me get my own profile image and name back. I'm sick and tired of every one implementing that facebook crap, it does nothing but **bleep** everything up where ever it goes.

I reported this with a ticket ID: 01681974 ages ago, but cant seem to get any sort of support.

Hello! Welcome to the community!

You can try the steps from this guide to disconnect Facebook from your account.

After the account is disconnected, it usually takes a bit for the name and profile picture data to update.

been there, done that 🙂 about 50 times over the past 6 month, there is nothing connected at the moment, however it still shows my sisters name.

If i add it to my own facebook, it doesnt update anything, if i remove it form there as well, it still shows her name and facebook picture.

If she updated her facebook picture, it updates on spotify, even though her facebook is not linked.

The best thing to do is to contact support. You can do it here.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I'm sorry we couldn't solve the problem. I believe support will be able to solve it properly.

thanks but like i mentioned in the first post, i had already done that ages ago 😛  ticket id: 01681974  still goes unanswered. 

i think my best and fastest option will just have to be to end my payment  and sign up for a new spotify account.
