cant log in forgot email

help me! I have spotify premium. I forgot my password and my email. Im loged in with my tablet but I want to login with my phone ! How can I fix this problem ?

If you know your username, you could always try this link: https://www.spotify.com/us/password-reset/

As long as you have access to your email account, you just don't know which is connected to Spotify, that should work -- you'll get an email to reset the password; follow the link and instructions, and off you go.
