cant upgrade to premium

I have been trying to upgrade to premium for a few weeks now but couldnt. everytime I try a credit card is says try another payment method or try again later. I have tried paying with 4 different credit cards and yet still the same results.

This sounds odd. Have you tried the going through the process after deleting the cache in your broswer or opening an incognito window?
