My Question or Issue

 

Hi, i would like change my country, i cancelled my subscription, but i'm not able to delete my credit card information, it's even necessary to wait to the subscription ends? i would like change it now, but on the panel option seems disabled

Thanks for posting about this here in the Community!

 

First, you mention you're not able to remove your payment information displayed.

 

No worries, if you've canceled your subscription successfully, they shouldn't appear anymore once your account has reverted to Free.

 

Further, in order to update the country registered in your Premium Spotify account, you'll need to follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your subscription page
  2. Click Change payment method
  3. Select Change country at the bottom and select your new country from the pop up.
  4. Enter a new payment method (that was issued in your new country). 

If you're still having troubles, a screenshot of what you see would be helpful. Just make sure that no private or sensitive info is displayed.
