To change the country you need to provide the required information from you.

Hey @Abody05,

I already mentioned that you need to fill in the required information to validate the change. That includes the postal ZIP code. You also need to be physically in that country to change it 🙂

In addition to this; 

Spotify API bases your location on the network you're connected to. Try changing network settings or contact your ISP for help, they might be able to assist you further.
