charged 9.99 instead of 4.99

charged 9.99 instead of 4.99



on 6th october you charged me 9.99 for my subscription which is meant to be 4.99 as i have a student account.


please can you refund me asap this isn't the first time this has happened.

I suggest you should get in touch with the Spotify staff using this contact form:


If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and someone will get back to you. But you don't have to do this if you'll receive a case number. Please keep in mind that it's weekend and it could take a little longer until you get an answer (usually it takes about 1-48 hours).

Are you sure your student discount is still valid? The discount is only valid for 1 year.

Can I renew my student account or can I only have one year of the 4.99 premium?
