i just got spotify premium and when i tried to make songs offline it said i have to many offline devices but when i looked at my account it said i have no devices offline and ive tried to fix this for an hour but i cant so theres no way i can make offline playlists

I have a similar problem, except I have 3 devices that are all the same Android phone somehow. I've had premium for 2 years, and I have reset my phone 3 times (factory reset) and this time it is not allowing me to download or use any offline features on the Android phone, citing a "DEVICE ERROR" related to the fact that I have >3 devices using offline. I have cleared my offline devices, through my account, yet it still thinks I have too many devices, despite having none.

I am having the same problem I have removed and re installed and it still tells me too many devices and I only have one device and one account

I just want to add that I went to the posted solution to this, but on my account I have no offline devices. I go to make music available offline and it says that I've reached the max number of devices. How could I have reached the max number of devices if I have no offline devices listed on my account?
