didn't get email for password reset

My Question or Issue

i can't login to my account (*snip*) error code:3 and when i go to the site to reset my password and then check my email for the reset code , i didn't find any mail from you , and want to add someone enter my account from  usa , and i live in Saudi Arabia , i have Receipt from older payment if needed i can send it , please help

If the password reset submitted successfully, but you can’t find the email:  

• Check your spam/junk folders.
• Check any other filtered folders (e.g. if you use Gmail, it might be in the Social or Promotions tabs).

If you think that someone might have gained access to your Spotify account, make sure to follow the steps provided in this article.
