dropping out when another user in my family account starts to stream

Hi,

first of all I recently subscribed to a family premium account. Now when I´m listening to spotify music at the gym and another family member starts to stream music at home I always drop out.Shouldn´t the family bundle keep that from happening? I invited the other member just the way it´s described, the member got the invitation mail, registered and is listed in  my member account so I dont think it´s a registration issue.

Anyone there who knows a solution?

I'd recommend making sure that the family member is logged into their own Spotify account, instead of yours.
