My Question or Issue

My partner and I have a duo account. Working fine, but not since his changing mobile phone. On his desktop he is listning in his own account, but on his phone it's mine and can't find how to change that. Have uninstalled spotify on his phone and re intalled it with his account but still mine is popping up. Please advice us on what to do to solve this. We're using spotify in the car so his playlists are no longer availible 😞

Hey @jodelie1, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Can you try logging out from all devices by following these steps? Once you log out, ensure that both of you have your own separate accounts. The way Premium Duo works is, the plan’s manager (the one who pays for the plan) has their own account and sends an invite to another member. From there, the other member will log in or sign up for a Spotify account and then connect it to the plan manager’s account, but will not be responsible for billing.

It sounds like what happened is that you two are sharing the same Spotify account which is causing confusion. The plan’s manager can send an invite to the other member following these steps. Then, log in to the respective devices owned by you two and you should be good to go. There’s more information about Premium Duo and how it works here

Let me know how this goes!
