i changed my spotify account gmail and used one wrong letter by accident. i thought i would have to make a new account and so i did so. after i did i went to my gmail and it gave me and option to switch back to my old email, but i already mad a new account with it. any ideas?

Do you still have access to both accounts? If so, I recommend that you just delete the account where you used the correct email address and then after a few days you're going to be able to edit the other account to change the email address.
