Subscriptions will expire on the date that it says on this page, did it expire before that day?

EDIT:

Hmm..does it happen anywhere else, like the webplayer? or just the desktop app?

You get that warning in the desktop client normally once your subscription is 7 days from expiring and you don't have an automatic billing message enabled (it doesn't mean your subscription has actually dropped to free yet). I can see the client still reports your account is on Premium at the very top "Spotify Premium" so you definitely should not be getting advertising.
