facebook connecting problems

so i had an old spotify account that was banned, at it was connected to my facebook, now i have created a new spotify account and when i try to connect it i cant because its allready connected to an old account. ive tried to delete the spotify app in the facebook settings but did not work. doesent spotify have a livechat support ???

Having a similar issue. How are we supposed to solve this problem without directly contacting spotify. This is ridiculous
