Impossible to redeem my 30Euro Gift Card on my account. error Message say Invalid card

Hi, I Both today a gift card but I Am unable to  redeem it.. on my newly creqted account.

could you advise?

in the mean time I have add my credit card, to get acces to the service.

I tried with the PIN code and the number provided on the payment reciept both are giving the same result.

It's not cool that this happens. Remember, both the account and the card must be from the same country. If that's not the case, you can get in contact with the support team and they'll help you out.
