family member logging in

family member logging in

My family member has a new iPhone and has tried to log into their membership of our family premium account. It just logs them in to the main family member account. They have their own account already set up but just can't log into it.

Thanks for reaching out. I'd recommend your family member tries to log in with other email accounts they have. If they can't remember a password, they can have a password reset using their address here. I'd also recommend checking out this Support article for more help.
