forgotten username

I opened up a spotify account and later connected it to my facebook.  recently I decided that I don't want spotify notifications on my profile, so I removed the connection.  nowspotify won't let me log in. I forgot the username for my original account and when i try to reset the password by having an email sent to me, it says that I am connected to my facebook account.  so then i try to login with my facebook account and none of mt saved playlists are there.  normally i would just forget my old account and start over, but i am paying for premium so i can't do that.  please let me know what i can do to get my account back.
