I am trying to get to the billing team there has been a charge on my credit card from spotify I want the payment to be tracked and why it went through

Sorry to hear that you have this issue.  I have replied to your case 05121972.  Could you please reply back via that email chain?  It will go immediately to the Payment Team.

You can contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this contact form, or tweeting to @SpotifyCares (EN), @SpotifyAyuda (ES) or @SpotifyAjuda (PT).

 

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
