My Question or Issue

 i am trying to get a premium account. i was in a family group before but now i want to make a payment for my personal premium account. i am sure that i am writing every information correctly while i am trying to pay about my card but i can't do the payment and can't get an premium account. i called ininal to ask if there is something wrong with the card but they said that everying is okay with my card and they said if i am having troubles that it is about spotify. i really need help.

Can you make sure you are not using any VPNs on your device ? There are some similar cases with users from Turkey having trouble with the payment. My advice would be to give it a try from a desktop device if you have a chance. Let me know how it goes. Take are 🙂
