help!! possible hack??

Hi while instructing my friend on how to add me as a friend and follow me, i asked him to type in my name and click on it. It came up with my picture and name as it should do but when clicked it showed a completely different profile. Thinking it was a one off error on a mobile i tested it on the computer as well and the same profile came up instead of mine. I then typed this persons name which then came to a completely different persons profile again and in repeating the process with each profile name continued to come up with a different profile again and again. Is this a coding error or has my account been hacked?? I havent had any errors to say that someone is playing my music elsewhere but i am concerned my details are in danger. Any suggestionsted. It's possible your account has become tied to someone else's Facebook somehow. In the desktop Spotify, go to Edit > Preferences > Social Network > Disconnect from Facebook (then reconnect with your own account if you like).

Be aware after doing this, it can take up to 24 hours for any changes to take effect.

Ok just checked on the desktop and i dont have the option to disconnect from facebook, im guessing its because i signed up using facebook in the first place. Any more suggestions??

Yeah type in "Jack Zwack Harvey" in the search bar and click on it. It shows me up fine when you type it in but when you click on it someone elses profile
