how do I find other Spotify accounts that I know of?

I know a Spotify user and their username but when I search for her account on the search box, I can't find it. Is there a way that I can use to find the said Spotify user? if so, how do i go about it?

When searching for a specific user using their username, it's best to enter it into the Spotify Search feature like this: spotify:user:theirusername
