how do i close my account urgently

I have emailed the contact us twice now and would like my account completely cancelled from immediate effect.  I have had no response and this is causing me a great deal of distress please can somebody contact me

Do you have case number? Ordinarily I'd say reply to the automated response, but I'll escalate the number to the staff so you get a reply and action faster.
