how do i get a refund???

how do i get a refund???

I was trying to get the student discount, but I am in high school so I realized I wasn't eligible for it. I was still charged, however, and my account was never upgraded to premium. I instead made a subscription somewhere else, so I want a refund.

Welcome to the community!

 

I think if you're not eligible for Student Discount, then you shouldn't be charged at all.

It should show on your bank statement if it's pending, processing or debited.

 

If it's debited, and you want to get a refund, then I'd suggest you to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can check your account from their end.

 

You may also reach them through their twitter account @SpotifyCares, or through their Facebook page.
