i am logd in to spotify witw facebook i move to another country

i tried change the country from spotify accont  but it not let me

change country from us only us appear in the pop up menu

If you have a free account: You can change to your desired country based on your IP address. (i.e. you must have a Hong Kong IP address to change your account to the country: Hong Kong)

If you have a premium account: You need to update your payment details with a new billing address for the country you're wanting to change to. Your account will change locale after your next billing date.
