they ask me to refer back to u guys, spotify people to change my phone number. 

situation i face here is that i use another phone number to sign in. lets say 012 xxx8375 and using my email, chenweelim@hotmai.com

my phone provide will entitle me for a premium user and free 150mb of data usage. it subscribe for 3 months contract.

as it was a mistake to subcribe under 8375, and now after the 3 months contract, i have decided to change to a new phone number. 

so, this is a clearer view of my situation. As my phone provider ask me to come to u guys to untie the 8375 so i can subscribe a new number.

In that case, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into it for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
