i got hacked

i got hacked

Hello. i have tried to contact your "help team" or what ever you call it. with no luck so far, 

2 days ago i got a msg that i had to login to my spotify account, (wich i never have to do) and when i tried. it said wrong password.

then i contacted your support and they said that no premuim account was attatched to my mail. but that the username belonged with some wierd mail that i have never used. 

 

please help me.

I have escalated this for you, but please keep in mind it could take 24 to 48 hours and also this is the holiday season as well so there could be slight delays.

 

Also FYI a good idea not to post personal email this avoid spam bots picking up on it and you getting spam mail OK.

can i reply to that or? do i have to make a new ticket?

first of all, it seems that i cant log into my old account here, it says that my name was allrdy in use when i tried to log into day,

 

secound of all i got my account back yesterday. but then 1 hour after i changed most of the information back, and changed the mail to something els. i got a new email, saying:

 

I can see that the account attached to this e-mail address: xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxmail.com is a Premium account.

 

To be able to access your Premium, please log out of your account, clean the cache and clear the cookies from your browser, then please log back in and let us know if it does work (as I can see that your account is Premium).

 

To log in, please use your user name: '' thx1992 '' and your Spotify password.

I set up the password as:
bluedolphin48

 

wich i havent asked for. i ofc changed that temp. password back to someting of my own.

 

and 3rd. can someone please tell me if i can reply to the mails im getting from your suppor??? i have asked here. and i have written 4 mails to support but no answer??

 

4th. Cant i make my spotify account more secure? like the stuff blizzard got? where if you change something major, like a password or the email, you will need a code that will be sent to your phone?

 

and last. i would like to thank the spotify support and wish them a happy christmas 🙂
