My Question or Issue

Hello!

My SpotifyAccount got hacked and now im logged in with my Facebook-Account.

I got the Email:

Hello, Spotify here.   
 
 
We wanted to let you know that the email address on your Spotify account has changed recently.
Your previous email address was: ********************

If you meant to do that, then no worries. It's business as usual for you.

If this wasn't you, email us at account-details-changed@spotify.com to let us know. We'll look into what's happened.

 

I sent a message @account-details-changed@spotify.com but got the answer

 

  • Try searching our support site with your questions.
  • Go to the Spotify Community. Even if there isn’t already an answer there to your question, you can post it and someone will answer quickly.
  • You can also message our support team @SpotifyCares at Twitter.

Thats not an Help... i cant logg in at my SpotifyAccount 😞

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for posting!

About your issue, knowing that you've lost access to your account, I suggest that you be in touch with the Customer Support. Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Customer Support page here
  2. Select the option"Logging In"
  3. Select the option "I can't log in"
  4. Tap "I still need help" button.
  5. Fill the form and then you be guided to a chat page.

Let me know if you could be in touch with the Support.
