it was registed on my old e-mail ******@******.com and i lost it a few month ago. now i cant log into my account. its written that the password was changed. can you send me my music back on this new account. best wishes.

We'd suggest that you try resetting your password using this link. Then you'll need to log in to the email address on your Spotify account to open the password reset link we'll email you.
Once you're able to log in, we'd also recommend following the steps in this article in order to secure your account.
If you no longer have access to that email, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support team through one of the channels here. They should be able help out further, as they are the ones in charge of it and we don't have access to their systems.

Hi, I clicked into my app to listen to my music and was logged out of my account. I tried to sign back in but Spotify have directed me to create a new account and not access my old one. How do I get my old account back with my playlists? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out. Not to worry, we'll be glad to help you get back into your account.
All you have to do is use your own credentials of the existing account to get back to your library. If logging in or resetting the password don't work, it's possible your account is disabled. Don't fret, this means that it still exists, but logging into it isn't possible. Check these steps to see how to resolve it.

Hello, I lost access to the my microsoft email with which I had created my Spotify account due to I am no longer living in my country of origin and I have no means of verifying my personal data. Funny thing is that I still get billed monthly. So, either I get my account with a new email linked to it (my gmail account) or please cancel my premium subscription. I

I want to recover my old Spotify adress

Sounds like you have another Spotify account that you don't know the login details to. In that case, this article goes over some methods you can use to locate them - I'd recommend checking it out.
If you'd instead like to use your old Spotify address for your main account, but it's currently taken, you'll need to close the extra account. The email will be freed up after 14 days from the date of closing, so you can use it for your main account.
