invalid zip code

invalid zip code

Trying to upgrade but keeps saying invalid zip code. But I am set to Canada. Have tried credit card and PayPal and both ask for a zip code. I enter my postal code but invalid zip keeps popping up. What do I do. Can't stand the ads. And love this player so much more than songza!!!

What country does your account say? It should be Canada to work with your zip code.

If you're unable to change your country, you may get in touch with Spotify.

 

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.

It is set to Canada. I will email them.

I am here of March 2015 and this issue is still not solved. 
I need my music! 
Any canadian zip code I use will not work.
No reply from customer service.
Please help! This company has never let me down...yet.

Spotify is also not recognizing my Canadian postal code.  Just sent an email to the help desk.

This problem is being looked into. Since multiple people are having this problem, it is likely a problem that will need to be fixed from Spotify's end. It seems that this is only affecting Canadian users.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Think they fixed it. I was having the same problem. I was able to subscribe this morning.

Guys, try respecifying canada as your country.
Worked for me.
