logged out few days ago and can't logged in

Desktop : Macbook Pro 2018

Mobile: Android - Pixel 2 latest OS

Country: Indonesia


I got logged out from my Spotify desktop version few days ago and logged in using my Facebook account via browser. Then I realized my premium plan disappeared, I believe I still have some premium plan (no email notification on expiry as well). 



Also, I can't log in using desktop and phone app (stuck in "logging in" message). 


Help please

Hi there @BellaW!

It sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out the FAQ page "Can I create multiple accounts?" here for more info.

If you’re definitely logged into the right account, but you’re still not seeing your premium plan, I’d suggest reading this Spotify Answer for the correct steps.
