lost my playlist and can't remember my login in name

My Question or Issue

 I have just upgraded from free to premium and when I logged in none of the playlists I had, are there. One of the suggestions was that you use your username, I don't for the life of me remember. Is there any hope to recover or is it start again????

thanks for that, the only problem is I can't remember the username I had when it was free and when I click on the reset password it is only linked to the premium account.....

If you don't remember the username that's ok. You can still use your email account to sign and try to get back your lost playlists.
