my mom didnt realise that she had canceled the autopayment for spotify at the bank and now my account says it is disabled how to i get it back?
well im using the same email but, i cant even sign onto the old one as a free member to get my playlists.
The problem that I want to be able to access my account under the username "weetabix117" currently I have been forced to create a new account, and in the process losing all my playlists that I have created over the past year. also I am confused why the account has been "deactivated" seeing as the only thing that should have changed is that the payment for premium membership has stoped, and I would assume that it would just be demoted to a free status. I know the account is still there because my friends can still see it, and my email gets updated when people subscribe.
The same exact thing happened to me! My mother who was paying for my spotify premium got a chargeback from the credit card company because forgot cancel after the 30 day trial. I got an email they disabled my account because of that. But now I can't get on to my account at all, not even to listen for free with commercials. All my music is on there and I don't know what to do! I made a new account (this one) through my email because my old one was through my facebook and it won't allow me to create another account through facebook, which I really need to do because a lot of the music I used to have I found through my facebook friends. Please help! My disabled account is 1230968066.

hey david ive had the same prob.. card got cancelled and i thought it would just put me down to free mode not "deactivate" it. my account name is 12120546951. could u please get my playlists back?
@flaboi420 - If your account has been disabled you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
