my first song with tunecore

hi guys...today my first song is online on spotify itunes amazon etc...i use tunecore but i have a problem. when i create my song i must write artist name and i write "Safe". now in spotify, my song is associated to other american artist with name "Safe". i think that when i upload my first song, spotify create new artist profile but not. now? the profit are upload to this artist and not me? sorry for my english, i'm italian....

Spotify’s working to make it easier for you to report problems with your music. For now, you’ll need to reach out to your distributor or aggregator and they’ll work with the Spotify team to make sure your profile gets fixed.
