I used a fake email address to signup, would like to change my account email.

I'm now paying for spotify and would like my email to be associcated with my account.  Because I intended to use spotify for free and had no plans to upgrade, I used a fake email to avoid splam.  Now that I am paying for the service I would like to use my email, however the only way to reset my email is to know my account password.  I've been sigining in with facebook so I don't have that either.  I am who i say I am and can provide any materials necessary to prove my identity to any spotify staff.  If this proves impossible (I don't see why it should be for someone paying for a service, so I remain optimistic) I could delete my account and start over but I don't want to lose my playlists.

What to do?  Thanks.

I think you should check your bank/paypal and tell them to cancel the payment.
