no puedo cambiar de país en la aplicación

no puedo cambiar de país en la aplicación

Buenas, me he mudado de país con mi pareja y queremos tener el Spotify dúo, el cual no podemos ya que no puedo cambiar de país en la aplicación, ya he cambiado en el dispositivos en las apps adheridas pero de igual manera no me aparece la opción del país en el que estoy residiendo, necesito ayuda con urgencia ya que no sé como más cambiarlo, ni desde la app del teléfono ni desde la notebook

Welcome to the Spotify Community! I hope you don't mind me replying in English.

 

Sounds like you have an active Premium subscription. Note that your account's country is linked to the one your payment method is issued in, so in order to change it you'll have to cancel your current subscription and wait until the account reverts to free. After that, you can change the country by following the steps in this article and ask your partner to send you a new invite to the plan.
