one account can operate in two cell phone?

i am trying to use my spotify account in Samsung S10, but its unable to reset using my mail id. message which is poping up is change your country. what could be possible way to use my spotify account in both cell phones. or if not possible kindly guide to upgrade my account.

If you already have a premium account, you will be able to hear in both the devices but one at a time.
