Hello,

             Like subject says I am being charged double for going on 9mths at this point! You have no costumer service to talk to which is annoying and clever. How can I resolve this and be credited the amount over charged? Its 2017 its seems to me it your billing system would catch this. please email me at ************@yahoo.com or *****************@yahoo.com to resolve the issue.

You may have upgraded a second account to Premium so you're being charged for Premium two times each month. Spotify Support can help you find the account, just contact them through one of the channels below.
