I've subscribed for 0.99£ for 3 months but on the receipt I have received by email it says 9.99£.

You think it was a mistake or it only subscribed for 1 month at 9.99£ or 3 months at 9.99?

You can check when your subscription ends here: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

If you are only subscribed for one month may be because you had Premium before, Premium offers are only for users who never had Premium before.

if I do CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION will it just stop the renew or it will cancel the current Subscription for 3 months that I have already paid? thanks

If you cancel your subscription you'll enjoy Premium until the renew date 🙂
