password username code 3 error

I can't login to my account even after changing passwords. I keep receiving Error 3 code. Can anyone help??

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried to use your username instead of your email address in the login process?

Hello,

I have the same issue but I can connect myself to the website of spotify but it is impossible for me to connect to my phone application and even the windows application. I even unstalled and installed again the applications and it's not doing anything.

I hope that it will be sorted fastly 😕

Hello,

All sorted, issue was I was using my email address as the username when I should be using my username only not email. I had the exact same issue you are having. Check your not using your email address as the username sounds really stupid but that was the issue.
