Hi there,

 

one month ago I clicked on the link where I could get three months premium for 0.99 euro's. In stead of paying 0.99 via the link, I had to pay 9,99, and now I just got one month. I am absolutely sure I've clicked on the right link. I really want my two months more, because that is what spotify offered and what I thought I would get.

 

I am really hoping someone could help me out. I'm from holland by the way, really weird that I have to post my questing on an english website, why can't I just call someone?

Have you ever had A Spotify Premium subscription or free trial?

 

Has a Spotify Premium Subscription ever been purchased using the payment method you are using?

 

If one of these is the case then, unfortunately, you are not eligible for the 3 months for 0.99 promotion 😞
