premium for family

I just purchased the family premium.  I keep getting an error message when I try to invite my family though email.  It just will not let me invite them.

The same thing is happening to me... i've tried inviting via email AND sharing the link. I have had each family member (that does not currently have Spotify) download the app and then invited again. Then I logged onto the computer (desk top) and tried again. The same error message continues to appear. **bleep**? If I get charged, I will be severly annoyed. Technical difficulties usually **bleep** me off. At this point I should receive services for free...
