Hi,
I signed up for the three months Premium, and then cancelled my subscription last month (March 1, to be exact). However, I still got charged USD 9.99 for the premium account today. I'm wondering why this happened. I had to go into my account and follow the steps to cancel the subscription all over again. Any idea why this happened?
I have the same problem I try to get in contact with spotify support but they don´t care, what i do.
Same body can help me please. Why is so **bleep**ing dificult go out and so easy to go in

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
OK - I found a generic form AND replied to their "no reply" message. This is really wrong. If the problem is not resolved, I'm going to report them to the BBB and go through PayPal to start a complaint action. If enough of us take action, maybe Spotify will get their act cleaned up.
