My Question or Issue

 I bought premium, but it`s not running on the app as premium. It`s still showing shuffle... when I look in it shows premium - but the app is not working like premium. I got the payment information etc. - so it`s bought and should be running. I already downloaded the app again.

Hope you're doing great! 

Could you try checking out this support article and follow the steps there? Also, please make sure that you got a confirmation email saying that you upgraded.
