private message error

How do I check a private message? I got an email saying I had one but when i followed the link and went to my inbox, there wasn't one there.

Hi. Are you sure the email didn't say that Jack mentioned you? If so, it was probably referring to this post and not a private message.

No it didn't say anything about Jack. I just got another one too. It says:
Hi kingfan6
You have received a private message in the spotify community.
Please click here to access the community.

That's weird. Sounds like something is broken with the forum software as I'm pretty sure these emails are being triggered by @mentions. I'll pass it on.

Just checking my mentions emails seem to be normal.
